Tracy – Office Manager
Tracy is a highly dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager with a passion for both patient care and administrative excellence. With years of experience in the dental field, she has honed her ability to manage a busy practice while providing exceptional support to both patients and the office team. Known for her friendly and professional demeanor, Tracy is adept at understanding patient needs and ensuring their comfort throughout every step of their dental journey.
In her role as a Dental Office Manager, Tracy is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing office schedules, overseeing patient accounts, and ensuring smooth operations of the practice. She has developed strong expertise in financial responsibilities, such as billing, insurance verification, and overseeing the collection of payments, ensuring the practice remains financially efficient and sustainable.
Her organizational skills shine through as she manages appointments, works with the dental team to ensure timely treatment, and keeps everything running smoothly day-to-day. Whether it’s coordinating with patients, assisting in treatment planning, or managing office staff, Tracy ensures that every aspect of the dental practice runs like clockwork.
Outside of her professional life, Tracy values quality family time. Judy – Dental Hygienist
With 25 years of experience in dental hygiene, I’ve dedicated my career to helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their smiles. A graduate of UMDNJ, I believe that good oral health is the foundation of overall well-being and that true wellness comes from a holistic approach to care. My passion for holistic medicine has led me to create educational content, helping others explore natural and integrative ways to support their health.
Beyond my work, my greatest joy comes from my family: my wonderful husband, our two amazing children, and our beloved dog, Olive. Whether at home, in the office, or sharing knowledge online, I strive to bring warmth, care, and a little extra brightness to each day.
Sue – Dental Assistant
I’ve been a dental assistant for 30 years, and what I enjoy most is spending time with my patients and making them feel comfortable. Over the years, I’ve learned how important it is to create a relaxed environment and build trust with every person I work with.
Family is at the heart of everything I do. I love spending time with my husband and our two daughters. We also make it a point to get away to upstate New York for some quiet time together. Outside of family, I’m a foodie who enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring different cuisines.
Carolina – Registered Dental Assistant
I have over 11 years of experience in the dental field. I graduated as a dentist in Columbia in 2012, but when I moved to the USA, I transitioned into the role of a Registered Dental Assistant to further my career in this new environment. This transition allowed me to expand my skills and deepen my passion for patient care and dental support.
I’m passionate about health, nutrition, and exercise, and I believe in maintaining a balanced lifestyle to support overall well-being. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, especially when the weather is warm and sunny. Traveling to places with beautiful weather is something I always look forward to. Whenever I get a chance, I also love visiting my family back home in Columbia, it’s always a special time to reconnect with loved ones. I deeply enjoy spending time with my family here as well, particularly my 5-year-old nephews, who bring so much joy to my life.
