With 25 years of experience in dental hygiene, I’ve dedicated my career to helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their smiles. A graduate of UMDNJ, I believe that good oral health is the foundation of overall well-being and that true wellness comes from a holistic approach to care. My passion for holistic medicine has led me to create educational content, helping others explore natural and integrative ways to support their health.
Beyond my work, my greatest joy comes from my family: my wonderful husband, our two amazing children, and our beloved dog, Olive. Whether at home, in the office, or sharing knowledge online, I strive to bring warmth, care, and a little extra brightness to each day.
I have over 11 years of experience in the dental field. I graduated as a dentist in Colombia in 2012, but when I moved to the USA, I transitioned into the role of a Registered Dental Assistant to further my career in this new environment. This transition allowed me to expand my skills and deepen my passion for patient care and dental support.
I’m passionate about health, nutrition, and exercise, and I believe in maintaining a balanced lifestyle to support overall well-being. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, especially when the weather is warm and sunny. Traveling to places with beautiful weather is something I always look forward to. Whenever I get a chance, I also love visiting my family back home in Colombia, it’s always a special time to reconnect with loved ones. I deeply enjoy spending time with my family here as well, particularly my 5-year-old nephews, who bring so much joy to my life.
